Current Activities
Our activities include exhibitions, projects, events and talks by members of our group and artists visiting Shetland. We establish contact with artists who stay in the The Booth, a live-work studio in the village of Scalloway, which has given us a strong foundation for a national and international network. Members also participate in conferences outwith Shetland. Our inaugural exhibition in Shetland opened at The Shetland Museum in July 2004. We continue to discuss ideas for exhibitions and events in unusual locations in Shetland, exchanges and international symposia. Most recently five members have got together to explore participatory projects. In 2011 we established a Facebook page.
